Height to Weight Chart
BMI
Body mass index is calculated to know if a person has a healthy body weight for their height. The final value can categorize the person into underweight, normal weight, or overweight, or obese.
While BMI isn’t the most accurate measurement of your health, it can be useful in knowing if you should get further assistance.
